REFUND AND RETURNS
PurpleU wants you to be 100% satisfied with every PurpleU purchase you make. At PurpleU, we offer a 30-day guarantee on any product that you purchase. The following refund policy will apply to retail customers.
CUSTOMERS
PurpleU will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund on the returned product
- If the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date
- Regardless of whether the product has been used, is re-stockable or resalable.
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from PurpleU.
- Ship items to the address provided by PurpleU Customer service when you are given our RMA.
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or services. Such an invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
- PurpleU recommends shipping returned products via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance, as the risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer or Busines Member.
- If the returned product is not received at the PurpleU warehouse, it is the responsibility of the Customer or Business Member to trace the shipment, and no credit will be applied.
- The customer or the business member is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- Please contact your PurpleU Business member to organize a replacement product to be sent out to you. If you are having difficulty contacting PurpleU Business members you can reach us at cs@purpleu-us.com.
- Please allow 2 weeks from the time PurpleU receives the returned merchandise to receive a refund or shipment of your substitute product.
PurpleU Business Members
A business member(BM) may return any unopened or unused business packs, products, and marketing materials/business supplies that he/she personally purchased from the company within 30 days from the purchase date.
All unopen and unused returns are eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the purchase price if returned within 30 days from the purchase date. The business pack must be returned in its entirety.
The business pack must be unopened, and all items must be unused and in resalable condition to receive a refund. The business pack must be returned to PurpleU via registered mail. A trackable and/or insured (insured for approximately $244-$655) shipping method should be used, as PurpleU will not be responsible for lost shipments. The original shipping and handling fees, if any, are not eligible for a refund.
